My experience at this hotel was highly disappointing, primarily due to the unfulfilled promises regarding the pool, which was one of the main reasons for my stay. While the cottages had a nice layout and some space for kids to play, the service was terribly lacking, with unhelpful staff and slow responses to our needs. On a positive note, the restaurant offered a decent buffet breakfast, but overall, I would not recommend this place.
